You can just wire these in and get back to work without having to modify your sockets or call in a specialist. Better heat, fewer headaches The real goal here is uniform heating. We don’t want the heat just sitting on the surface of the plastic. We use specific coatings on the quartz to push the energy deeper into the PET. This is how you kill those annoying “cold spots” in the bottle shoulder that cause so many rejects. And because we keep a huge stock of every size from 150mm to 500mm, you aren’t waiting weeks for a custom order. You just swap the dead tube, lock the connector, and flip the switch.
